We want you (and your daughter) to feel genuinely excited when your First Moon Club package arrives.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:
    •   Unused
    •   In original packaging
    •   In resellable condition

Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on any opened or used personal care items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
